Oral Presentation Guidelines

GLOBAL ANIMAL PRODUCTION AND VETERINARY INDUSTRY SUMMIT (GAVIS)

21 – 23 JULY 2026

  1. Presentation Duration
  • Each presenter is allotted a total of 20 minutes.
  • We recommend 15 minutes for your presentation, leaving 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • Please note that the session chair will strictly enforce the time limit to ensure all presentations run on schedule.

2. Content of Presentation

  • Your presentation should closely follow the content reported in your accepted abstract.
  • Ensure that the material is accurate, clear, and well-organized for your audience.
  1. Presentation Format
  • All presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format, compatible with PC or Mac systems.
  1. Submission of Presentation Materials
  • All oral presenters are required to email their presentation files in advance to the GAVIS email.
  • The submission deadline will be communicated after all abstracts (follow abstract submission guideline) have been accepted and reviewed.
  1. Backup Copies
  • It is recommended to bring at least two copies of your presentation (e.g., USB drive, cloud storage) to the conference in case of technical issues.

6. Arrival and Check-In

  • Arrive at the conference room at least 15 minutes before your session begins.
  • Locate and check in with your session chair to confirm your attendance and readiness to present.

7. Questions and Support

  • For any questions or concerns regarding your oral presentation, please contact the GAVIS team at the designated email address.

8. Time Management

  • The session chair will stop your presentation when the allotted time ends, so please plan your talk accordingly.
